I liked the view. It was awesome. Looked like they only had one staff personnel but he was overall friendly. He wasn't always in the front desk though, had to call him on a mobile number.

The views are just breathtaking. Any room you get here, you will have views from the lake and the Remarkables. If you're a solo traveler, or doesn't have a car, it is just a 20-30 minutes walk from the city center. The room is clean and tidy, the shower has an amazing pressure, and the size of the room is really good. Highly recommend this Motel. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Queenstown.

Great lake and mountain views on the bedrooms looking out the windows. Clean 2br unit with modern bathroom. Close driving to town about 1km away. Friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating.

The host was lovely! He made us chai tea & brought it to our room. Carried our bags up the stairs. Rooms were warm & bathroom was great with a hot shower. Beds very comfortable.

The view was nice out across the lake. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but very nice and modern and clean. We could bring our dog which was fantastic. The room was warm and it was nice to have the kitchenette. It was great to have onsite parking. The walk into town along the lakefront is very pleasant.
